Each module will have its own specific dynamic warm-up! Prior to ANY workout, you must prime your body and prepare it for the movements you will be performing throughout this Module. Dynamic Warm-ups are about movement, creating heat in the body, and preparing movements to decrease risk of injury. You should have increased your heart rate moderately and begun to sweat by the end!

The GAME SPEED is the last progression of the FM1 training series. The athlete will apply the foundational movements learned in the first three progressions (jabbing and changing directions) into building a consistent explosive first step for dodging, defending, or making saves!
