  • DYNAMIC WARM UP: Fundamentals Module 1

    Each module will have its own specific dynamic warm-up! Prior to ANY workout, you must prime your body and prepare it for the movements you will be performing throughout this Module.   • STRENGTH & MOBILITY: Fundamentals Module 1

    This is the first progression in FM1. Creating a solid base and explosive first step is essential in any sport. This session will take you through how to strengthen that movement and reaction to enhance your explosiveness off of a cut, pivot, or in the goal.

  • REACTION TRAINING: Fundamentals Module 1

    This is the second progression in FM1. This session will focus on creating quicker reaction times to varying stimuli; you will focus on improving foot speed, eye-foot coordination, and reaction.

  • SPEED & AGILITY: Fundamentals Module 1

    SPEED & AGILITY is the third progression of the FM1 training series. You have learned the foundational movement and how to react & recover quickly. This session focuses on training at increased tempo/intensity to prepare the athlete to perform at GAME SPEED!

  • GAME SPEED! : Fundamentals Module 1

    The GAME SPEED is the last progression of the FM1 training series. The athlete will apply the foundational movements learned in the first three progressions (jabbing and changing directions) into building a consistent explosive first step for dodging, defending, or making saves!
